Why do I mentor?

Literally, it translates to "With 'ifs,' one could put Paris in a bottle."

So, the fraise means that hypotheticals and wishful thinking can lead to unrealistic or impossible scenarios. 

In my opinion, this is why exist mentoring and consulting. Let's talk about how I mentor.

Mentorship allows me to share knowledge, inspire growth, and achieve goals together. I offer advice, stories, and insights from my own experience and often ask reflective questions to help mentees define their own path: "This is how I approach it—what do you want, and how can we make it happen?"

I work with mentees on a variety of topics, including:

- How to effectively lead teams and navigate team dynamics.

- Strategies for working with key stakeholders and building alignment.

- Guidance on adapting to new roles, career building within an organization, and career dialogue.

- Strengthening both soft and hard skills to enhance professional growth.

What do I provide as a mentor?
